Business Development Coordinator/Call Center
to join our automotive dealership team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and increasing brand awareness for the dealership. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry, has a strong sales acumen, and enjoys engaging with clients to deliver exceptional service. Base pay range:
$35,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Salary information: Hourly wage plus monthly performance bonus. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; speak with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Participate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service experience Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Valid driver’s license Employment details
