Overview
Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient. This role, Packaging Specialist - Multiple Openings, supports the Regional Sales Director by partnering with Account Managers and acting as the subject matter expert on the packaging product portfolio to grow revenue in the designated region. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Driving growth of the portfolio across the assigned region in partnership with local Account Managers Understanding key market dynamics and customer needs related to the portfolio; collaborating with marketing and I&D teams to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation, and solutions Presenting product and solution knowledge to distribution channels in partnership with Account Managers and Regional Sales Directors Working with Packaging Application Centers on custom projects and preparing value analyses and key product specifications to help close or retain business Collaborating with Regional Sales Directors and the sales training team to identify gaps in product/solution knowledge and develop timely mitigation strategies Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Training: BA/BS Degree is required; MBA or MS a plus 3+ years of outside sales experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledgeable Valid driver’s license required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities Learning agility and strong business acumen Goal-focused, deadline-driven, results-oriented Self-starter and coachable with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to present complex topics clearly and influence decision-making; able to navigate cross-team collaboration Ability to travel overnight About Sealed Air — Diversity, Development, and Benefits
