Position Overview We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team. The project assignment is located at Naval Base King’s Bay, GA. Local candidates will be given preference; relocation or travel to on‑site management is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement a project‑specific quality control program.
Execute program performance according to contract requirements.
Complete administrative documentation on time.
Cultivate customer satisfaction with the client in alignment with RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay and Benefits Pay: $110 K–$145 K per year, depending on experience.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, vehicle allowance.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (minimum formal education). Equivalent work experience and training may qualify.
Ten or more years combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer, plus two years as a QC Manager.
Current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred.
Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.
LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate certificate preferred.
Level 1 EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour certifications required; training can be provided.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
Specific software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred.
