Job Summary Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Is provided a company vehicle and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Performs preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and general service of buildings, equipment and grounds. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems such as repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace and maintain valve assemblies, toilets and faucet fixtures, and repair/maintain sensors for automatic flush kits.

Perform routine painting, carpentry work, general maintenance, and touch up work as necessary to maintain facilities in like new condition.

Repair walls, floors, doors and any painting and touch up work for beautification of customer facilities.

Perform minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements such as repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, outlets, and replace light bulbs, ballasts and sockets.

Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.

Fully Utilizes Technology (tablet, Smartphone)

Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided.

Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.

Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.

Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

Qualifications Education: HS diploma or degree / certification, or equivalent professional experience in landscaping, trades (electrician, HVAC, plumbing, etc.), or specialty floor care, preferred.

Business Experience: 2 to 5 years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Licenses/Certs: Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license in good standing.

Technical Qualifications & Skills Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via designated business process.

Ability to use and operate handheld device and business systems or document management database software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.

Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
