Ron Tonkin Toyota is experiencing massive year-over-year growth and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. Our dealership prides itself on creating a family-like culture and environment. Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM. Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians\' time to meet the department\'s sales forecast. Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience. Benefits And Compensation
