Base pay range $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr

Position Summary What you'll do:

Be a Team Member – Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert – Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations and TPMS. Show expertise in Point of Sale systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training. Encourage others to use new tools.

Be an Owner – Communicate equipment, tool and supply needs to TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, report complaints and safety hazards, complete paperwork and logs, ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored per company policies, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador – Act as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience in the TBC area, model high‑quality service, influence and inspire coworkers, work respectfully, support and train team members, understand and remove roadblocks.

Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.

Act with integrity, maintain high standards, support Walmart’s regenerative goals.

Serve customers and members: Deliver results while putting the customer first, use reliable information to balance short‑term and long‑term priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver's license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.
