Job Summary and Qualifications Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing care to critically ill patients and leading the intensive care nursing team.
Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients.
Direct Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and non‑professional nursing personnel in the ICU.
Support medical care under direction of Medical Staff.
Apply knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan to meet patient and family needs.
BSN required.
3+ years of critical care experience.
Current Texas RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification.
Preferred: previous management experience.
