is seeking a

Bilingual Japanese Purchasing Specialist

to join our Technical Quality Department. This role is responsible for managing purchasing operations and facilitating communication between our U.S.-based teams and our parent company in Japan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and have a working understanding of automotive quality systems and purchasing processes. This position is based at the manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Independently manage purchasing for the Technical and Auto Parts QA departments. Negotiate contracts with third-party labor suppliers and oversee invoice processing. Lead the competitor tire purchasing process, including international coordination and logistics. Serve as the primary liaison between Toyo’s U.S. Technical teams and the parent company in Japan. Translate and interpret technical documents and communications between Japanese and English. Provide support during international audits and meetings, including occasional travel to Japan, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Manage customer-facing technical document approvals and sensitive project communications. Host and coordinate visits from international vendors and expatriates. Support quality engineering efforts, including documentation and audit assistance. Additional duties as assigned. Company Values

The starting pay varies based on factors including education and experience. The salary range listed for this position is

$51,659.00 - $77,489.00 . We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program.
