JSP ETM (Future Opportunity) - Fiber Infrastructure & Structured Cabling — Arlington, VA. We are preparing for a significant contract supporting the Joint Service Provider (JSP) Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) program and are seeking hands-on, field-ready professionals to lead and execute structured cabling projects in secure government environments. Roles require deep experience with fiber layouts, cable pathways, inside/outside plant, and installation best practices per BICSI standards. Responsibilities

Execute large-scale fiber and copper infrastructure projects Read and implement cable layouts and splicing diagrams Maintain compliance with pathway and safety standards Qualifications

Clearance: TS/SCI Certifications: RCDD, BICSI Experience: 10 to 25 years Notes

This position is part of a pipeline for a future opportunity supporting the JSP ETM program. Employment is contingent upon contract award and government customer approval.
