The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) organization seeks a skilled Senior Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers' technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer, gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will share guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, lead the implementation process, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout the project. The ProServe team is a global group of experts helping customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and provide focused guidance through global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher. Key job responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts About The Team

Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3) Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), including integration with on-premise technologies, IT compliance and risk management requirements Preferred Qualifications

5+ years IT implementation experience in cloud computing technologies, including leading design, development, and deployment of software at scale AWS experience with proficiency in EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes; AWS Professional level certifications preferred Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining search and analytics solutions (OpenSearch, Kibana) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
