A Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the final stages of the vehicle sales process, ensuring a seamless and efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. This includes coordinating all aspects of vehicle delivery, such as preparing paperwork, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. The coordinator ensures that the car is thoroughly cleaned, fueled, and ready for the customer, providing a comprehensive walkthrough of the vehicle’s features. Additionally, they may communicate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve any last‑minute details, ensuring the customer has a smooth, positive delivery experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver vehicles on and off site, learn the products on all new and used Hondas or other used cars on the lot, organize the delivery area, get cars ready, and make sure cars are working and clean on the lot.
Qualifications
Ability to learn and understand technology.
Ability to communicate with customers in an understandable way.
Punctual and a quick learner.
