Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of roadway and/or planning projects for WVDOT, local agencies, and other regional clients.
Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
Mentor junior‑level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm.
Develop proposals and manage client relationships.
Support growth efforts in West Virginia and throughout the region.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET‑accredited engineering program.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of West Virginia.
Experience with commonly used design software and CADD standards for WVDOT and local clients.
Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector.
Ten years of related roadway and/or planning experience preferred.
