Assisting staff with field tasks supporting geotechnical projects Clearly documenting site observations for construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical field work Performing boring and test pit layouts Preparing drilling packages and obtaining utility clearances Performing research on local geological history Assisting with supervision of field work performed by drilling/test pit crews and addressing rig access issues Performing in-situ testing Classifying soils Keeping project staff informed of changing site conditions and additional testing requests on project sites Qualifications
Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar No experience required Professional license not required but necessary to progress in career Valid driver’s license required if driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary ECS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
