The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic group. In this role, you will drive innovation, efficiency, and impact in the online and in-store grocery experience. As a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will develop business plans, oversee supply chain and inventory management, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and cost structures. Your leadership will span both Online and In-Store channels. Key to success are data-driven decision making, building scalable systems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have retail, grocery, or supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence teams in ambiguous settings. You will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal partners to enhance operational excellence and supply chain efficiency, contributing to Amazon’s growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the In-stock function, including demand planning, ordering, and capacity management Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and reduce costs Conduct business analysis to identify revenue and profitability opportunities Develop tools, automation, and process improvements for purchasing and vendor management workflows Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Excel Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience Experience with complex data sets and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of statistics or analytical techniques Experience with SQL Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
