Be among the first 25 applicants. This role supports our Ethics Office initiatives in North and South America, including project management, policy development, employee queries, conflict of interest reviews, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Lead and oversee ethics project management initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders; manage and enhance the conflict of interest declaration system through technology upgrades.
Policy and Procedure Development:
Partner with Employment Legal, HR, Employee Relations, and business teams to draft and enhance policies and procedures; proactively identify and mitigate employment risks using data.
Employee Support:
Address policy and procedure queries from employees with clear explanations; develop relationships with key business teams to provide ethics and compliance assistance.
Data Management and Analysis:
Manage, aggregate, and analyze ethics and compliance data to derive actionable insights.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Experience in ethics, compliance, or legal roles, preferably within global technology, media, or entertainment companies.
Proven ability to develop internal frameworks and contribute to building out Ethics Office functionality in the AMS region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly; effectively collaborates across functions and international teams.
Hands-on, adaptable, bias for action, and able to work with diverse, global teams; awareness of local market needs in AMS and LATAM.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in relationship management within a cross-functional, global environment.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98,800 – $177,333 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days, and paid personal time. The company reserves the right to modify benefits programs at any time.
