Overview Selector – McLane Foodservice

What You’ll Do
Select and build orders accurately and safely for delivery to customers.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
Work in multiple warehouse environments: Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
Verify and record product information, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition.
Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; assist with dock operations as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical warehouse tasks.
1 year of warehouse or order selector experience preferred (training provided).
Able to read, write, and understand English for safety and operational communication.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to safety and accuracy.
What We Offer
Pay rate: Training: $20.50/hour; Full Production: $24.65/hour, with performance incentives and an additional $0.50 freezer premium.
Work Schedule: 4-day work week.
Start times vary by department: Freezer/Cooler 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Dry 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
We’re a team — some overtime may be required to get the job done safely and efficiently.
