ADEC’s services revolve around one mission: Advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they live lives full of informed choice and possibility. ADEC serves more than 1,200 individuals through a variety of programs, including residential, community employment, day programming, and music/recreational therapy. The Position: Supported Living Managers directly impact ADEC’s mission helping individuals to be as independent as possible, to be a part of their community, and to achieve their goals and dreams. They do this by: Coordinating and implementing Person-Centered Individualized Support Plans (PCISP) Hiring, on-boarding and training Direct Support Professionals Creating and supporting a strong team to ensure quality of services Managing the safety, sanitation, and maintenance of assigned locations Overseeing and managing health services for individuals served Ensuring compliance with ADEC, state and federal requirements Job Requirements for a Supported Living Manager: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Previous leadership experience preferred Previous experience with IDD population preferred Ability to lift 60 pounds Ability to work DSP shifts as needed/on-call beeper rotation Valid driver’s license Pass background and negative drug test Why Should you Apply as a Supported Living Manager?
