Responsibilities
Assist in developing and monitoring the assigned department budget and risk management efforts directly supporting infrastructure goals and projects. Work closely with the Facility Officer to prioritize tasks, including receiving, distributing, or shipping materials, property management, and barcoding. Coordinate, support, and lead projects, tasks, and emergencies both on and off-site. Provide technical assistance in engineering and scientific research, development, testing, and related activities. Accurately complete paperwork or system transactions applicable to function, such as documentation of material movement (i.e., Receipt, Shop Order, and Packing Lists). Organize, plan, and schedule work with minimal supervision. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in management/supervision, or an associate's degree and at least 10 years of experience in management/supervision. Knowledgeable of computerized management scheduling and maintenance management software. Specialized experience in government and industrial security and facilities administration, including experience in a team lead capacity. Possess strategic planning skills and have a thorough understanding of internal and external compliance policies.
