Save Job

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and take our e-commerce channels to the next level. This is a full-time position with flexible work schedule out of our Birmingham, AL or Starkville, MS offices.

The Role We are looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven E‑commerce Manager to own the performance, growth, and management of our e‑commerce channels, including our Shopify store (glopals.com) and our Amazon Seller Central account.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial "utility player" who is part strategist, part analyst, and 100% "do‑er." You are comfortable analyzing ad performance to brief a creative team one minute and editing a Shopify theme file the next. You will have the autonomy to run the e‑commerce P&L and will be responsible for moving the ball forward every single day.

What You'll Do Amazon Channel Management:

Own our Amazon Seller Central account, managing everything from FBA inventory, overall account health, create new product listings, and liaison with our Amazon representatives.

Collaborating with our in‑house creative team, develop and execute Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to increase sales velocity and win the Buy Box.

Monitor account health and implement strategies to protect our brand and grow our market share.

Manage our primary D2C Shopify store (glopals.com), including basic theme edits, app integrations, and light page creation / modifications.

Own and grow our customer engagement platforms, including the Yotpo loyalty program ("Pal Perks") and our existing subscription plugin.

Manage our B2B Shopify site, ensuring a seamless experience for our wholesale partners.

Maintain a pulse on our legacy glocubes.com site.

Utilize Shopify Flows and other tools to automate processes and improve site merchandising.

Own the A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap for all sites.

Lead the Data‑Driven Feedback Loop: Act as the strategic partner to our in‑house Creative Team. You will analyze ad performance (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and provide detailed debriefs and data‑driven suggestions for new creative assets.

Campaign Management: You will upload, manage, and optimize the creative assets provided by the team across all paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).

Email & Loyalty Marketing: Own our Klaviyo email program. Work with the creative team to design and execute engaging campaigns that drive revenue and promote our loyalty program ("Pal Perks"), subscriptions, and ultimately drive D2C conversions.

Budget & Strategy: Manage the full e‑commerce ad budget with a relentless focus on profitable ROAS and scaling revenue.

Analytics & Reporting:

Define, own, and be able to drive all e‑commerce KPIs.

Track and report on channel performance (ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR) and provide clear, actionable insights to the leadership team.

Who You Are You have 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling both Amazon Seller Central and a D2C Shopify store.

You are an expert in the key tools of the trade, such as: Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.

You have light technical skills and are not afraid to get into basic Shopify theme editing (HTML/CSS/Liquid) or set up Shopify plugins to work with each other (leaving a product review results in a customer getting Yotpo loyalty points, and then sends a “thank you” email in Klaviyo, for example).

Experience with loyalty and subscription platforms (like Yotpo, Recharge, etc.) is a major plus.

You are analytical and data‑driven. You live in the numbers and can clearly explain what they mean.

You are an exceptional communicator and collaborator, with experience working in a data‑driven feedback loop with creative teams.

You are a self‑starter with an "owner's mindset." You thrive on autonomy and are wired to "move the ball without us constantly having to step in."

You are an excellent communicator and a creative problem‑solver.

Why You'll Love It Here Direct Impact: You will be a key leader in our company, with the autonomy to make a real, measurable impact on our growth and will fully own the entire e‑commerce channel.

Benefits: We offer some of the best healthcare insurance available, a generous 401(k) program, pathway to equity options, unlimited PTO, and you can even bring your doggo to the office.

Culture: You'll join a small, passionate, and innovative team that was recognized by Fast Company for its incredible culture.

Product: You get to market a product that brings joy to children and is beloved by parents worldwide. Our products are sold in over 40 countries and you would have a direct mark on our customer base in the United States and beyond.
