Overview We’re seeking a proactive, service‑oriented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a fast‑paced, collaborative office environment. This person will oversee the reception and administrative team, ensuring the office runs seamlessly while maintaining a welcoming, polished atmosphere. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to every task.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee front desk operations and manage a team of receptionists and administrative staff.
Serve as the go‑to liaison for office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
Partner with leadership to coordinate meetings, office events, and hospitality needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace across conference rooms, communal areas, and pantries.
Manage supply orders, deliveries, and inventory, ensuring all office needs are met efficiently.
Implement and refine office policies and operational procedures to improve workflow.
Support onsite logistics for leadership meetings and special events, occasionally outside standard hours.
Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks with discretion and initiative.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
Proven ability to manage and mentor administrative teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Polished, professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
A self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
