Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for IT and Services Procurement
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for complex with significant organizational impact
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and internal requirements to identify optimization opportunities
Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements with key technology vendors and service providers
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly
Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and value creation
Manage supplier relationships to ensure contractual compliance and value realisation
Implement innovative procurement approaches that leverage emerging technologies and methodologies
Provide category expertise and guidance to procurement teams and business stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams in complex sourcing projects and digital transformation initiatives
Your Background
8+ years of procurement experience with at least 5 years specializing in a combination of IT and Services category management
Prior experience leading teams
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing models, cloud services, and emerging technologies
Experience managing enterprise-wide technology agreements and complex vendor relationships
Understanding of IT & Professional Services engagement models, rate structures, and delivery methodologies
Track record of successfully managing consulting firms, system integrators, and other IT & professional service providers
Experience with statement of work (SOW) development, negotiation, and management
Knowledge of resource augmentation models and contingent workforce management
Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and value improvements
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with procurement systems and data analysis tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master\'s degree preferred
Professional certification preferred (CPSM, CSCP, CIPP, or similar)
