Overview
Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) Talent and Tradecraft Advisor (TTA) job in the Information Technology field. Full time with up to 10% travel. Minimum clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph. Regular employee type.
Role Summary The DNEA TTA will perform as Lead Analyst responsible for growing CACI’s cyber operations and Next Generation Analyst portfolio. The DNEA TTA will lead efforts in understanding and upskilling analysts in tradecraft across diverse technologies, identify connections between digital communications, and expand analytic methodology by implementing tradecraft associated with identifying vulnerabilities, cyber discovery, and strategy development.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to grow CACI’s cyber operations and Next Generation Analyst portfolio.
Understand and upskill analysts in tradecraft across diverse technologies.
Identify connections and leads between digital communications.
Expand analytic methodology by applying tradecraft for identifying vulnerabilities, cyber discovery, and strategic approaches.
Qualifications
Clearance: Active TS SCI with polygraph is required to start.
Education: Degree in Computer Science. Related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered if coursework includes foundational CS areas: algorithms, computer architecture, programming methodologies and languages, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics (calculus, discrete math). IT/IS degrees may be considered if coursework is equivalent to a CS major.
Experience: 10+ years as a leader or project manager in computer/information systems design, development, or analysis, including hardware/software engineering, programming, cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network/systems administration.
Experience writing white papers and developing presentations.
Experience in DoD or IC organizations conducting cyber operations.
Ability to apply advanced cybersecurity and communication technology principles to contribute to innovative Cyber Discovery ideas.
Experience solving unusually complicated problems with creative, resourceful solutions.
Demonstrated experience with SIGINT and AMOD.
Deep understanding of processing PCAP/packets efficiently.
Experience with cyber discovery and identifying indicators of compromise.
Demonstrated experience with network protocol analyzers (e.g., Wireshark, TCPdump).
Experience correlating network traffic collection from SIGINT resources.
Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) or object-oriented programming.
Experience with polymorphic activity and differentiating between obfuscation vs encryption.
Experience with sandboxing and preliminary malware triage.
Experience with tradecraft related to Persona/Capability/Infrastructure development.
Fluent with customer CNO/CNE processes and lifecycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business, management, and technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to strategic change within a team.
Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
Knowledge of and connections with the IC industry base supporting diverse technical efforts.

Pay Range and Benefits The proposed salary range for this position is $120,800 - $265,800. Salary is influenced by location, government contract factors, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
