NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $8B annual advertising business. We are seeking a

Product Manager, Ad Supply Capabilities

to oversee integrations being deployed across NBCU endpoints, with a specialization in

supply-side targeting capabilities

such as content metadata, bundle IDs, and platform-specific identifiers. This person will analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical requirements, ensuring NBCU’s premium supply is accurately described, addressable, and optimized for monetization. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of NBCU’s supply-side ad serving ecosystem, with emphasis on metadata and targeting capabilities. Lead integration projects with ad servers and related systems to ensure metadata is accurately ingested, mapped, and activated for targeting. Translate complex business objectives into clear technical requirements for ad server integrations, focusing on supply taxonomy and targeting precision. Facilitate ad integration projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for ad features, managing progress, and communicating updates. Collaborate with engineering, product, ad operations, strategy, and privacy teams to design and deliver solutions that align with evolving sales and monetization strategies. Define, document, and maintain standards for metadata governance and supply classification across platforms. Comprehend impacts of ad features to smoothly operationalize and evangelize products. Balance several ongoing initiatives, using multitasking and project management skills to maintain momentum. Drive consistency in ad delivery models across platforms and endpoints. Support product functionality and technical inquiries posed by internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Strong understanding of ad serving systems, supply-side signals, and metadata-driven targeting. Experience with ad server integrations, taxonomy design, and metadata management. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate across functions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills to drive cross-functional alignment. Ability to balance multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Desired Characteristics

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
