Program Manager
As a Program Manager at Itron, you will lead cross‑functional core teams to deliver internal systems and strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. You’ll oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring programs are executed on time and within scope. This role requires advanced program management expertise and the ability to coordinate diverse teams, resolve challenges, and align efforts with company objectives. Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures effective execution of corporate objectives, including hiring, training, coaching and development of employees to maximize performance, promote career growth and build a high‑performing team. Manages innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans. Manages project budgets, the overall department annual budget and rolling forecast, ensuring business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments. Networks and consults with key contacts outside own area of expertise and coordinates across functions, even if outside of area of expertise. Communicates with project stakeholders and senior management. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Utilizes Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the method for program management. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of program management/project management experience. Understanding and practice of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Preferred Skills & Experience
Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification. Locations

Liberty Lake, WA; Oconee, SC: $96,000–$184,000. Raleigh, NC; Austin, TX: $105,000–$202,000. Benefits
