Renewable Energy Why Consider this Job Opportunity: Competitive base salary Comprehensive compensation packages Open PTO policy Flexible work hours Health benefits Opportunity to work with a transparent Executive Leadership Team What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Take over the commissioning engineering and planning functions for the company's utility-scale battery storage assets Develop and implement site-based commissioning plans for utility-scale battery storage assets Work cross-functionally with transmission interconnection, asset management, and EPC teams Serve as a thought leader in SCADA, EMS, and control system hardware/software scoping and integration Advise Asset Management on post-commissioning issues What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or similar discipline with High Voltage Systems experience Proven track record of success in multi-faceted commissioning engineering roles Intimate understanding of high voltage components and compliance procedures Experience leading commissioning engineering initiatives across various energy platforms Commercial understanding of PPA structures is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): 0-2 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager or similar role in renewable, utility, or clean energy companies We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
