Overview Description
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in architecting/operating solutions built on any major cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).
Experience with application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
1+ years in automating security operations, scripting, and implementing security policies as code.
1+ years in advanced incident response, leading detection and analysis efforts and managing eradication processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.
Experience in automation through DevOps scripting (shell, python, ruby, PowerShell).
AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred.
Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions (WAF, IPS, Anti‑DDoS, SIEM).
Experience with compliance & security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
