Nailing the right product shape is incredibly important. For the first time, software is non-deterministic, has human-level intelligence, and can improve with use. In our space, the winner will depend on selecting the right market segment, building the best underlying intelligence, and shaping the product around that intelligence. As our Founding Product Manager, you will own the latter and help shape AI agents in production for some of the largest companies, powering a core revenue function. What You’ll Do
Think on all levels: define platform structure and abstractions, and how they enable use cases for customers. Build from first principles: contribute to a crisp product rationale on what to build, why, and how to measure success. Dive into human-agent collaboration and the 10x goal: address AI-native product challenges where humans and machines collaborate. Drive product strategy & roadmap: crystallize vision and turn it into an actionable roadmap aligned with user needs and our thesis. Lead discovery & prototyping: talk to users, analyze usage, synthesize feedback, prototype rapidly, and iterate. Define success & measure it: set KPIs, track performance, and decide where to double down or pivot. Work across the organization: partner with product engineering, FDE, and GTM teams to move ideas from prototype to launched product. Who You Are
3+ years of product management experience at a product-driven tech company with ownership of a significant product surface area and a track record of defining great products. Experience shipping high-impact products, especially in 0→1 settings. Deep user empathy; you love building things that make users successful. First-principles thinker, rigorous, and a strong communicator. Passion for finding simple, elegant solutions; able to move fast and turn chaos into clarity. Bonus Points
Prior experience as a founder or in an early-stage, high-growth startup. Interest and experience with LLMs / AI agents; describe a project you worked on. Familiarity with tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar. Benefits
