Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Preparing fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for customers. Help members with bakery orders and maintain a high level of customer service. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area. Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area and maintain proper temperature control and expiration date verification. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food and support overall store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Be You, Be a Team Member

Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and training; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, energize the team, and advocate for the member experience in the meat area. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans; use Open Door Policy; apply in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements and adapt to change and feedback.
