Retail Security Shift Supervisor - Manchester, NH. Securitas is hiring immediately for a FULL-TIME Security Shift Supervisor for all shifts to keep our client’s site safe in Manchester, NH. Pay: $18.50/hr. Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (5 shifts for 40 hours per week). Whether you are just starting your career or in retirement, Securitas is a GREAT choice. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Maintain a safe and secure environment for client sites through active monitoring and patrolling. Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers as needed. Operate company vehicle during mobile patrols when required. De-escalate situations quickly and safely while using good judgment. Qualifications
At least 18 years old Strong customer service skills and professionalism Quick judgment and ability to de-escalate situations safely Prior security experience (at least 1 year) Supervisory experience and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) – assistance provided upon accepting an offer Walking/standing for long periods Willingness to work outdoors in all weather for patrolling Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols Employment Type
