Stocking Team Associate role at Walmart Location: Wal-Mart #2917, 1850 VETERANS HWY, ISLANDIA, NY, 11749, US Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per hour Employment Type: Part-Time Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. Compensation & Benefits
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Benefits include health (medical, vision, dental), 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance, and paid time off benefits (parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting).
