Admin / Relationship Offer (Automotive finance, 6months / 1 year Contract role)
Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process
Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base
Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up
Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents
Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays
Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.
Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary
Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Experience in Motor industry preferred
