Pay:
$16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Create a
safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
Implement The Learning Experience
L.E.A.P. Curriculum
to promote hands‑on learning and fun.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Communicate daily with parents about children’s achievements and milestones.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure classroom success.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
or related field preferred.
Six months of professional childcare experience required; one year preferred.
Knowledge of
developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR and First Aid certification
preferred.
Must meet all
state of Michigan childcare licensing requirements.
