Where You’ll Make a Difference
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the New Century Ops Production Facility.
Coordinate and oversee daily use of conference rooms, including calendar management and catering arrangements.
Maintain inventory of meeting and office supplies.
Support Facilities Manager, Site Leader, and other New Century Managers.
Setup and assist with organization of on-site and off-site events and meetings.
Compose and distribute site announcements and support internal communications.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IFF Food Safety and Quality Policies.
Manage the on-site Recognition Program.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Experience with vendor coordination and event planning.

Experience in a manufacturing or production facility environment.
Knowledge of ISO standards and food safety protocols.
