As a CBRE Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) business line. You’ll answer, screen, and forward calls and emails, greet customers, and resolve customer complaints. This job is part of the Administrative Services function and supports operations, teams, job functions, and senior management. What You'll Do

Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating Customer Relationship Management databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings. Issue visitor passes, validate parking, and maintain guest logs. Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms; maintain reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas. Interact with vendors for events and coordinate setup in conference rooms. Write routine reports and correspondence, and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors. Support Marketing and social media initiatives, and prepare presentation materials. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks as described. What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach. Basic math skills (calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups). Basic social media and marketing skills; advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint is highly regarded. Why CBRE
