in the Twin Cities area! Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Want to join our team? This position offers
uncapped commission
in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates can expect to
earn over $60,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The base pay starts at
$20/hr
and depends on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific compensation details during hiring. Purpose
This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It requires accurate data recording about prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement. Benefits

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager. Transport to and work independently in assigned territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, including proper uniform and permits. Attend company meetings as required. Communicate ideas for improving canvassing effectiveness to the Program Manager. Master Renewal by Andersen products, methodologies, and promotional offerings. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean record Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles daily Culture and Benefits
