We are seeking a highly motivated
Executive Administrative Assistant
to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention for detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is passionate about supporting our executive team. Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO primarily to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that priorities are met and operations run smoothly. Attend and participate in meetings, take notes and distribute notes to all meeting stakeholders. Conduct research as directed. Prepare internal and external reports as directed. Provide administrative support including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other logistics as directed. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information. Assist with other construction administration initiatives as directed. Qualifications
Two-year degree in business or related field. Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management. Construction industry experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Work independently with a team mindset. Strong Microsoft Office experience - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office365 & Teams Demonstrated planning, organizational and analytical skills. Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen. Faithfully and fully conduct all duties described and responsibilities in representation of the company.
