Aviation Engine Event Coordinator , you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including: Point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries, inducted events, and completed events with all departments (Production, Engineering, Material, Quality and Shipping) Clarification and evaluation of engineering, material/parts, manpower and tooling availability Calculating planned and actual hours for the event Calculating and communicating estimated event costs and turnaround time Responsible for event scheduling and communication to necessary groups/individuals Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and shipping for off-site engine events Daily communication regarding status and final event schedule Track Key Performance Indicators Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report * All other duties as assigned or required by Sr. Manager Product Support, EOC Desk Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements: High school diploma/GED desirable Bachelor’s degree desirable At least 1-2 years of experience as an Event Coordinator Fluency in English required Ability to manage constant time pressure and high stress levels Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent business sense Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Assessment screening Willingness to travel Must possess a valid driver’s license Shift work or overtime Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Noise exposure * CV/Resume required * Company may provide relocation assistance * Must possess permit to work in the U.S. * Must have a passport, or ability to obtain a passport, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed About Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.
