Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our brand.
What You’ll Do
Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star first impression.
Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and appointments through our booking system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and lobby area.
Clean and reset headspa rooms and beds between clients to ensure a spotless, luxurious experience for each guest.
Communicate clearly with stylists, therapists, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with retail sales, product education, and checkout transactions.
Promote memberships, special offers, and seasonal packages.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Support daily salon operations, including light cleaning, restocking, and inventory.
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Passion for luxury beauty, wellness, and client experience.
Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Flexible availability — evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation: $12 - $20 hourly
