Position Responsibilities

Handle daily tasks including emails, calls, reporting and file management.

Coordinate meetings, training, events, travel and other activities as needed.

Manage expense reporting, invoicing, department timekeeping and other office processes.

Collect and review data to prepare reports, charts, budgets or presentation materials.

Order necessary supplies and items for EAU Holdings’ businesses.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years administrative/clerical experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
