Technical Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of our SaaS platform for banking and financial services clients.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

Translate client needs into technical specifications, user stories, and solution configurations.

Guide and train clients to adopt platform best practices.

Configure and test the system to meet unique client needs.

Manage user acceptance testing and ensure successful go‑live outcomes.

Serve as a subject matter expert‑supporting both clients and internal teams with in‑depth product knowledge.

Maintain onboarding documentation and continuously identify ways to improve the client experience.

Advocate for customer needs in collaboration with product, development, and project teams.

Who You Are

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior‑level stakeholders.

Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail.

Experienced in a similar role (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, or Customer Success Consultant), ideally in finance, consulting, or SaaS.

Technically proficient, with a good understanding of IT systems and integration concepts (e.g., APIs).

Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership.

Bonus Points For:

Background in banking or financial services.

Familiarity with statistics or financial mathematics.

Ability to read or write basic code (especially in C#).

Additional Details: The base salary range for this position is

$65K – $95K

annually, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
