This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.

Benefits

1 hour to play (non‑prize) arcade games per week.

90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).

1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.

Essential Duties

Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes, lend out facility equipment (karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).

Under Bowling Management’s direction, promotes and conducts marketing events such as Moon Light Strike game.

Resets and cleans the facility after customer use (lanes, karaoke rooms, billiard tables, ping pong and dart areas).

Conducts and manages lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and related equipment.

Checks conditions of all equipment and performs generic maintenance and repair.

Conducts all opening and closing procedures.

Manages opening and closing cash tills, and organizes membership/game cards and coupons.

Provides customers with bowling tips and techniques.

Answers phone calls for general inquiries.

Conducts sales.

Performs inventory procedures in accordance with company guidelines.

Conducts restroom checks and cleaning.

Resets, cleans, and maintains shoes in the auto‑shoe rack and launders rags.

Responds responsively, politely, with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.

Assists with party reservations and hosts parties/events.

Non‑essential Duties

Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.

Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.

Seeks constant improvement and more efficient ways to perform department work processes.

Maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.

Maintains a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age and holds a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred: one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment

Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment with high noise, dust, and activity.

Noise level usually loud.

Physical Demands

Requires bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and high mobility/flexibility in small spaces.

Requires standing and walking for extended periods during busy times.

Requires handling hands/fingers for reaching and holding items.

Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
