Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead deposit growth initiatives across our business and retail banking segments. This role is critical to achieving our goal of $1B in annual deposit growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing deposit-gathering strategies, crafting compelling campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results. As a T-shaped marketer, you’ll bring deep expertise in deposit marketing while possessing broad experience across multiple marketing channels. Design and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to drive deposit growth across retail and business banking. Identify high-potential customer segments and tailor campaigns to meet their needs. Own the lifecycle of deposit clients, identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship, build the brand, and improve lifetime value. Develop messaging frameworks and positioning for deposit products. Recommend product configurations and enhancements to align with market demand and competition. Build integrated marketing mixes leveraging multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, partnerships, branch marketing). Partner with the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report on KPIs tied to deposit growth. Use data-driven insights to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging. Work closely with retail and business banking teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution. Serve as the subject matter expert for deposit marketing initiatives. Qualifications

10+ years of related strategic marketing experience. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related field; Masters or MBA preferred. Banking, financial services, or related industry experience required. Demonstrated understanding of the market with proven experience driving demonstrable results.
