Do you thrive in high-stakes environments where precision and collaboration drive results? As a Litigation Paralegal II, you’ll play a key role in supporting case teams through every stage of the litigation process—from pre-complaint through trial and appeal. This role is central to managing discovery, preparing filings, and ensuring seamless trial support, all while working closely with attorneys and colleagues in a dynamic team setting. Responsibilities: Document Production Management – Oversee collection, organization, and production of materials from clients, opposing parties, and third parties, while maintaining chain of custody and handling logistics for multiple formats. Substantive Research – Analyze case documents and conduct procedural research for relevant court venues. Filing & Legal Document Preparation – Draft routine filings, check citations for accuracy, compile exhibits, and coordinate service of process and court filings, including collaboration with local counsel. Trial & Hearing Support – Prepare pretrial documents, track and organize trial exhibits, manage trial transcripts, and provide essential on-site support during proceedings. Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as needed to support case teams and client needs. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required, with 8–10 years of experience in complex litigation, with a proven track record managing discovery, preparing for trial, and providing trial support. Must meet California Business & Professions Code 6450 paralegal qualifications. Analytical & Organizational Skills – Strong ability to review, synthesize, and manage complex case details with accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork & Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across case teams. Flexibility – Willingness to work overtime, travel as needed, and handle the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds. Technical Expertise – Proficiency with litigation support applications and comfort navigating a wide range of platforms to include: MS Office proficiency including Excel and DMS management required. Electronic filing, Relativity and Pacer Pro proficiency required. Intermediate experience relating to TextMap or Westlaw nice to have. Compensation
The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $100,000 - $145,000. We also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits including comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and retirement. Equal Employment Opportunity
