A reputable mid-size law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Paralegal
to support its
Intellectual Property (IP) litigation practice . This fully-onsite role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of litigation processes and a passion for supporting high-stakes legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial and appeal.
Manage case files (electronic and physical) to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Draft and manage discovery requests/responses; coordinate document collection and production.
Conduct factual research and organize findings for case preparation.
Prepare deposition summaries, witness files, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks.
Draft, proofread, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
Maintain litigation calendars and track court deadlines and key dates.
File court documents via state and federal e‑filing systems.
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, experts, and vendors.
Provide logistical and on-site support for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Methodical and detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality work.
The compensation range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. The firm also offers health insurance (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance) and the opportunity to enroll in a 401(k) and profit sharing plan.
