Overview

At Sepulveda Sanchez Accident Lawyers, we deliver high-impact, client-focused legal representation across personal injury and family law. Headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Stockton and NYC, we represent individuals navigating some of the most traumatic and sensitive moments of their lives, from catastrophic injury claims to traditional car accidents and dog bites. Founded by attorney Gabriel Sepulveda Sanchez, our team blends tenacity in the courtroom with empathy at the client level, grounded in values of trust, transparency, and culturally competent advocacy. With a bilingual team and deep experience in both litigation and settlement strategy, we fight for outcomes that restore dignity and protect what matters most. What you’ll do

is a critical role in supporting our growing trial practice. You will take charge of case organization, discovery coordination, court calendaring, and expert communications, all while helping our clients feel heard, cared for, and informed. Whether it is preparing trial exhibits, managing deposition schedules, or organizing thousands of medical records, you will serve as the organizational backbone of the litigation process. What you’ll do

E-Filing and Legal Document Preparation:

Accurately file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial materials in both federal and state courts. Ensure full compliance with local procedural rules and court deadlines to maintain case momentum and avoid delays. Case File Management and Technology Integration:

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including preparing exhibit lists, jury instructions, expert files, and trial binders. Coordinate the logistics of expert depositions, witness scheduling, and court submissions. Calendar Management and Case Coordination:

Manage attorney and court calendars, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings. Track and confirm all litigation-related appointments, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Client and Provider Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers. Facilitate timely updates, treatment documentation, and ongoing communication to ensure both legal and medical needs are aligned and progressing. Expense Tracking and Legal Accounting Coordination:

Partner with the accounting team to track and process case-related costs. Ensure accurate documentation of medical expenses, expert fees, and discovery costs for reimbursement and settlement preparation. Attorney Support During Trial:

Provide real-time assistance in the courtroom by managing trial exhibits, coordinating witness schedules, and preparing last-minute materials. Maintain poise under pressure and ensure attorneys have what they need to advocate effectively. What we’re looking for
