BG Men’s Store Visual Trimmer

Responsibilities
Must have knowledge and enthusiasm for menswear/current fashion trends
Daily product placement on the selling floor and product merchandising
General maintenance of all visual areas on the floor
Hands‑on, actual installation of displays, hanging artwork, sculpture, furniture, fixture placement, props, signage, and copy
Responsible to help create captivating, inventive and one‑of‑a‑kind displays, exhibits and installations in both the interior and windows through fashion and prop styling/building
Working together and coordinating with the Men’s Store buying team, floor managers, and sales associates, carpenters, PR and Marketing
Working with outside vendor brands and their teams on shop standards, unique installations, and floor moves
Partnering with outside production companies to help with overall production of displays and installations
Help coordinate and execute new shop, area updates with BG Store Design
Learn and maintain knowledge of store fixture systems, furniture, mannequins, art room
Knowledge of men’s wear basics, tying a tie, hem pants, form rigging, shirt pinning, mannequin styling
There will occasionally be late nights and early morning shift moments/installations/moves/set‑ups
Assist the Dec Home team with moves, installs, displays, merchandising, etc.
BG Warehouse: know the inventory, trips back and forth, coordinate items and deliveries
Needs to be excited and willing to learn and show joy in the work performed
Needs to be self‑sufficient, work alone, self‑motivated, enthusiastic

5+ years’ experience in creative services or as a visual stylist, artist
Must have a discerning eye and strong background in fashion, production, fine arts

Additional Information
Maximum Pay Range $: 65000
Minimum Pay Range $: 60000
Overtime Status: Non-exempt
