Our practice partners with North American Dental Group (NADG) to support excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end‑of‑day reports, always keeping patients worry‑free.
Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
Present financial policies and arrangements to patients; collect co‑payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
Track appointments for no‑shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
1–5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
