Responsibilities As a Management Training Program (MT) participant, you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will get into the community to establish essential relationships for building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled with one semester left to graduate.
At least 6 months of experience in one of the following: sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), customer service, or leadership – military and/or college or professional athletics participation considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol–related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
