We are seeking an Administrative Support professional for our Verticomm division. This role can be filled at either our Denver, CO location (HQ) or Omaha, NE location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a continuously and rapidly growing company with opportunities for professional growth. Candidate should have high attention to detail, strong administrative experience, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compile records & reports to ensure open orders are processed in a timely manner

Reconcile contracts to projects (products & service) to generate accurate invoices for customer billing, following up with sales reps/internal teams as needed

Fulfill sales orders for invoicing

Process service tickets for invoicing

Assists with general maintenance of company systems

Compile Excel sheets for tracking purposes

Review data, interpret & complete research as needed

Communication (phone/email) with co-workers, management, and clients

All other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management

Organizational Skills - Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and tasks to achieve specific goals

Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent calculations.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or oral form.

Problem Solving - Ability to identify a problem, analyze root cause, develop/evaluate potential solutions, and implement most effective solution.

Computer Skills - Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in ConnectWise platform is a plus.

Other Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems; accurate typing skills of at least 50 WPM; 10-key proficiency.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience working in an administrative position

1-2 years of invoicing experience

Must be willing to submit to criminal background check

Valid driver's license

$24-25 per hour

Education A combination of experience and education may be considered. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting may be given preferential consideration.
