Candidates should possess experience in childcare or education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Ideal qualifications include: Strong Classroom Management Skills Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families A nurturing demeanor that promotes positive interactions with students The ability to manage a classroom of up to 8 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude Passionate about Early Childhood Education Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children Benefits (full-time employees)
